Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or related experience strongly desired.
• Two years' experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, and train housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Plan and supervise department functions and staffing.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure sanitary, safe environment.
• Manage supplies, budget, and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in facility meetings.
• Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
