Yona Eagle is seeking a Manager in Training to lead the housekeeping and laundry operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will plan, organize, and direct department activities, ensuring sanitary, safe, and well-supplied environments for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating with facility personnel, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Four year college degree preferred; related healthcare supervisory experience valued.
• Two years of housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting plus supervision experience desired.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet goals, and manage staff effectively.
