You’ll coordinate Operations Managers and liaison with hospital departments to deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning schedules, staffing decisions, training, inspections, and collaborating on budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred.
• Strong work ethic and customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff under stress and budget planning.

Aufgaben

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work schedules and job duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and terminates staff per facility standards.
• Trains and supervises all Housekeeping staff.
• Performs regular inspections and makes actionable recommendations.
• Conducts staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Schedules major projects ensuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Assists Director with budgets.
