Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Custodial Operations Manager to support the Environmental Services Department. The role coordinates daily operations and special projects, collaborating across multiple departments to ensure efficient service and adherence to standards.

You will manage projects, monitor budgets, and lead custodial teams while maintaining safety, quality, and responsive customer service. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least three years in healthcare

Qualifications

Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates the activities of a designated project with a specific timeframe and funding amount to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the designated timeframe and allocated budget.
Develops conceptual plans, schedules and budgets to meet specified objectives.
Monitors and reports on all phases of each project to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with specified objectives, including timelines and budget.
Manages and coordinates all parties involved in the planning, design and implementation process by assigning tasks and providing guidance for specific functions.
Coordinates projects with all appropriate stakeholders and assists as necessary.
