Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years' experience and up to 2 years in a management role.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.
• Identify and engage top talent and develop team members; plan and lead team management meetings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress; deliver and model WEST for customer service excellence.
• Assist with planning and information as the standard selling model is applied with client interactions.
• Support new business and retention activities.
• Build revenue and manage budget including labor, supply and inventory controls.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and deliver financial targets.
