Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience or five+ years in healthcare environmental services with leadership.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly staff; ensure high quality cleanliness.
• Coordinate with nursing and EVS to enhance patient experience.
• Monitor adherence to safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Prepare schedules and supervise staff assignments.
• Conduct inspections and report on areas of improvement.
