Qualifications

• At least two years supervisory experience; or five+ years healthcare environmental services with leadership potential.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service binders daily and address concerns.
• Educate patients on EVS services and gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and service delivery.
• Plan and coordinate project work to maintain proper frequencies.
• Ensure duty lists are current and reviewed regularly.
• Monitor equipment use and maintenance and report issues.
• Participate in quality assurance inspections and safety programs.
• Train staff in safety, chemical handling, and customer service skills.
• Oversee staff orientation, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
