Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to implement and oversee all EVS operations with high standards of cleanliness across the casino and public areas.

The role requires five years of supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential for coordinating staff and ensuring premier guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with at least five years in housekeeping supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff across the casino to ensure standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and evaluation of EVS personnel.
• Communicate repairs or replacements needed to management and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain consistent attendance and be available for event ushering as needed.
