Xanitos, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Environmental Services Manager at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. You will lead the Environmental Services team and act as a liaison with hospital departments to ensure top-tier cleanliness and service.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to patient care. A bilingual English/Spanish option is preferred, with flexibility for shift variations and vaccination compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility to work some differing shifts
• Proficient in Windows-based office software

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection and interview candidates as needed
• Schedule days off, holidays, and vacations
