Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Three (3) years of experience in environmental services or acute care related support departments required.
• Previous supervisory or lead capacity experience is required.
• Experience working in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer management functions within MultiCare policies and standards and federal, state and local regulations.
• Ensure department operations are conducted in a manner consistent with Joint Commission, Department of Health, and MultiCare standards.
• Ensure floor care and other project work are performed as scheduled.
• Assist in performing quality improvement initiatives, as requested.
