Job summary

The Manager of Environmental, Linen, and Transport Services at CareWell Health Medical Center will lead daily operations across EVS, Linen, and Patient Transport to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality support services that enhance patient care.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong collaboration with nursing and support teams, and a focus on infection control and regulatory compliance within a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, environmental services, healthcare administration, or related field.
• CHESP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive management experience in healthcare EVS, linen, or transport.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee EVS, Linen, and Transport operations to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state health, infection control, and OSHA standards.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with clinical and support departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
