Job summary

Sharp Tri-City Medical Center Environmental Services is seeking an EVS Support Aide for the evening PRN shift. The role covers waste collection, linen distribution, and floor care across patient areas, offices, and public spaces to support a safe, clean hospital environment.

Responsibilities include moving equipment, maintaining infection control, and ensuring proper handling of cleaning solutions. Weekend-only coverage is required; CA driver’s license preferred within 6 months.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year previous housekeeping / janitorial experience
• CA driver's license within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Collect bio waste and trash throughout the facility and dispose properly
• Collect and distribute linen
• Maintain and clean floors according to standards and schedule
• Move beds and furniture as assigned
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and infection control compliance
