Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job.
• Capable of working independently.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms.
• Patient Population Served Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department, and ensures completion that meets the set standard.
• Evaluates conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures.
• Coordinates staff training in proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues.
