Job summary

HonorHealth Shea Medical Center is seeking an EVS Lead for the Evening Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM). The role supervises Environmental Services staff, ensures high cleanliness standards, and supports infection control and safety practices across the campus in Scottsdale, AZ.

A valid Arizona driver's license is required. Ideal candidates have 1 year of Environmental Service experience and 1 year of leadership experience, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Must hold a valid Arizona driver license.
• GED or high school diploma required; additional training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Environmental Services staff to maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and staffing with supervisory staff.
• Train and onboard new Environmental Services personnel and ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor chemical supplies, equipment, and adherence to safety and infection control practices.
• Perform duties to support staffing shortages or special projects as needed.
