Job summary

Abrazo Scottsdale Campus Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to ensure clean, safe patient areas and facilities. You will support linen distribution, trash removal, and the movement of equipment in a fast-paced healthcare setting, delivering reliable, customer‑oriented service.

Qualifications include a GED and at least 2 years in environmental services or hospitality/healthcare; domestic experience may substitute.

Qualifications

GED with ability to read, write and understand English.
2 years experience in environmental services.
2 years of experience in hospitality or healthcare setting.
Domestic experience may substitute.
High School Graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas using prescribed methods.
Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and reports repairs when necessary.
Observes and reports need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
Accounts for cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas.
Follows department and hospital policies and procedures.
Learns other functions to ensure satisfactory operation of the department/work unit.
Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment and to perform duties and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Other related tasks or responsibilities assigned.
