Job summary

Abrazo Scottsdale Campus Hospital, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services teammate to maintain cleanliness across patient care and facility areas. You will move and manage linen, waste, and general cleaning tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to department policies, safety, and supporting a high standard of patient care. Prior healthcare or hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Education: GED with ability to read, write and understand English.
• Experience: 2 years in environmental services; or 2 years in hospitality or healthcare setting.
• Domestic experience may substitute for formal education.
• Preferred: High School Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas using prescribed methods.
• Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and coordinates repairs when needed.
• Observes and reports repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
• Ensures cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas.
• Follows department and hospital policies and procedures.
• Learns other functions to ensure flexible staffing and operation.
