Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking an attentive Housekeeping Associate to support clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across the casino and surrounding facilities. You will perform general cleaning tasks, restock restrooms, and maintain a positive guest-focused environment.

The role requires reliability, ability to read and follow directions, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, and competitive benefits accompany this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial/custodial operations is preferred.
• Entry-level training provided for candidates who demonstrate passion for guest service; motivation to learn; and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and sets a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Clean assigned areas as delegated by Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Clean tile, vinyl and carpeted floors in the Casino as directed.
• Pick-up and remove trash and recyclable materials from the building.
• Empty and clean ashtrays; clean and stock restroom facilities.
• Operate housekeeping equipment, vacuums etc. as directed.
• Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
