Summary Description

The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that areas are clean and well maintained in accordance with established standards during assigned shifts.

Currently hiring for Grave shift.

Essential Job Functions/Duties
  • Supports and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
  • Upholds established standards at all times.
  • Assigns duties to team members and inspects their work to ensure standards are met.
  • Conducts detailed inspections of public areas daily.
  • Inspects offices, hallways, and staircases for cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Prepares and inspects VIP areas.
  • Inspects cleaning carts and equipment for proper use and cleanliness.
  • Coordinates and inspects preventative maintenance and cleaning.
  • Coordinates work orders with the Facilities Department and follows up until completion.
  • Participates in daily pre-shift meetings with EVS staff.
  • Investigates complaints regarding EVS services and equipment and takes corrective action.
  • Issues supplies and equipment to workers and oversees proper usage.
  • Ensures team members are trained to work safely and efficiently within regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepares and maintains necessary paperwork and reports.
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all chemicals and equipment used.
  • Participates in training new hires and monitors their progress.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
Job Specifications
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • Three (3) years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume property preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in a resort casino environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
