Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO is hiring a part-time Environmental Services Technician/Housekeeping to join our inpatient rehab team.

You will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms, hallways, lounges, and offices, while maintaining safety and infection control standards. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment in patient rooms, offices, lounges, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, towels and toilet tissue as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions and maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Assist in overall sanitation and infection control practices.
• Support a positive, patient-focused environment through courteous service.

Position:

Environmental Services Technician/ Housekeeping

Location:

Lake St. Louis, MO

Schedule:

Part-time - every Friday, every other Sat/Sun, and 2 days throughout the week on the off-weekend weeks

• 7am-3:30pm (6 days a pay period/in a 2 week span)

Compensation:

$19-$24.10 based on experience

• Assists in maintaining a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor or appropriate department.


• Replenishes supplies including soap, towels and toilet tissue, as well as other disposable items.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.


• Previous hospital EVS experience preferred.
