Job summary

Simpson is seeking a Housekeeping EVS to join our dynamic and seasoned team at Jenner's Pond, West Grove, PA. This full-time role ensures environmental service duties are carried out per our policies, and covers the cleanliness of common areas throughout the facility.

Daily cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchens and laundry areas; additional tasks include carpets, walls, windows, and high dusting while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Some Environmental Services experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting and polishing of furniture, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room.
• Additional cleaning to include carpets, walls, windows, vents, high dusting, and molding/trims in all areas.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures all public restrooms are cleaned and supplies stocked.
• Alerts supervisor to EVS or maintenance issues.
• Addresses EVS needs from accidents and spills.
• Assists with events to maintain a clean facility.
• Communicates with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Provides timely information regarding completed tasks for billable services.
• Keeps company vehicles clean as required.
