Simpson House is seeking a Housekeeping/Environmental Services (EVS) team member in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role focuses on maintaining cleanliness of resident areas, common spaces, and facilities in accordance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Services is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting and polishing of furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry areas.
• Clean carpets, walls, windows, vents, high dusting and molding across the facility.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies; keep public restrooms clean and stocked.
• Report EVS or maintenance issues to supervisor; assist with events to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with residents, families, and coworkers; document completed tasks for billing.
