The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff training, and collaboration with facility management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Assist the EVS Manager in daily operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and facility management about needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with PPE and safety policies.
• Perform quality inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
