You will coordinate with Assistant Directors and Operations Managers and serve as a bridge between administration and hospital departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department on 2nd shift.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Develop and manage department budgets and ensure operations remain within budget.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures for departmental operations.
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement and education.
