Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR seeks an EVS Attendant to maintain the interior and exterior of the property while upholding Oaklawn's core values. You will work with a team to clean, mix chemicals, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, physical ability, and the ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff. Training and a drug screen/background check are part of pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties of EVS team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas of the Casino & Resort.
• Mix chemicals and operate carpet shampooer and buffer.
• Move furniture and clean assigned areas.
• Provide excellent guest services and interact with guests and team members respectfully.
• Cooperate with other departments and vendors as needed.
• May be assigned to various venues throughout the property as required.
• Follow Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort procedures and policies.

An individual could be successful if they possess the following.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe EVS Attendant is responsible for the daily upkeep of the interior and exterior of the Casino & Resort facility while upholding Oaklawn's Core Values. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.Mixes chemicals and operates carpet shampooer and buffer.Moves furniture and cleans assigned area.Maintains and cleans machines after use.Provides excellent guest services, treating guests and team members with courtesy and consideration at all times.Cooperates and communicates with all fellow team members, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude.Maintains excellent working relationships with other departments and all applicable regulatory commissions and vendors as needed.May be assigned to various venues throughout the property depending on business needs.Follows established procedures and policies of the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
