Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities experience desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

• Oversee daily operations of the environmental services team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control.
• Communicate operational needs and feedback with staff, residents, and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, PPE usage.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with staff, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
