You will supervise EVS staff, coordinate schedules, train on infection control and safety, manage supplies, and conduct quality inspections to uphold a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations of the environmental services team.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory.
• Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and management regarding needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including PPE use.
• Perform quality inspections of cleaning tasks and provide feedback.
• Represent HCSG positively through professional interactions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
