You will coordinate Operations Managers, liaise with hospital administration, and ensure the highest service level across shifts and units.

The role calls for a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and budget-capable oversight, with a proven track record in healthcare housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history.
• Working knowledge of all housekeeping procedures preferred.
• Demonstrated progressive growth in healthcare housekeeping facility maintenance.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening and empathy, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and priorities with a participative approach.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate services.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and terminates staff per facility standards.
• Orients, trains, develops and supervises all Housekeeping staff.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility and recommends actions.
• Conducts staff meetings and coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Schedules major project work and ensures staffing and supplies are available.
• Maintains regular inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Assists Department Director with budgets.
