Deep understanding of operational KPIs, service metrics, and financial drivers.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Lead all Service verticals and ensure financial performance.
Develop national service delivery standards and best practices.
Ensure compliance with KPIs, safety protocols, and margins.
