Job summary

NexCore Group is seeking an Executive Vice President, Real Estate to maximize value across all asset classes, overseeing Asset Management, Environment, and Property Management, reporting to the CFO. This leader will drive portfolio strategy, financial oversight, leasing, and operations, partnering with Development, Investments, Accounting, and Operations to meet ownership objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, asset management, portfolio management, leasing, property operations, or related disciplines.
Senior level presence with strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute portfolio strategies that maximize asset value, operational performance, and long-term investment returns.
Lead Asset Management, Leasing, and Real Estate Management under a unified value creation strategy.
Drive NOI, occupancy, tenant retention, asset valuation, and portfolio performance.
Provide oversight of asset business plans, operating strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and capital improvement plans.
Partner with Finance, Investments, and Accounting to provide portfolio insights and support investor objectives.
