Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a management role in Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of various property types such as office, retail, hospitality, etc.
• CMBS experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a large and diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
• Oversee a team of Asset Managers, Analysts, and support staff.
• Develop relationships with outside parties for asset management objectives.
• Monitor budgets and projected sales for the assigned portfolio.
