Job summary

Plenary Americas is seeking anExecutive Vice President to lead its investment in Plenary Broadband Infrastructure (PBI), a joint venture with Tikehau Star Infra. The EVP will sit on PBI’s Executive Committee, directing sponsor oversight and strategic decisions for this critical fiber network platform.

The role requires deep experience in infrastructure investing, PPPs, and sophisticated negotiations, with hands-on involvement in governance, deal structuring, and major procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in infrastructure investing, digital infrastructure operations, or large PPPs.
• Track record of leading complex commercial negotiations with hyperscalers, government agencies, and partners.
• Experience in P3 environments or working with state DOT leadership is valued.
• Strong commercial instinct with disciplined financial judgment.
• Ability to operate as both investor and operator within a portfolio company.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Plenary Americas' representative on PBI’s Executive Committee and lead sponsor oversight.
• Drive long-term value growth and risk management for PBI investments.
• Collaborate with PBI management on deals, pricing, and governance.
• Lead negotiations of major procurement, EPC, and O&M contracts.
• Oversee PBI-related M&A from origination through due diligence and closing.
• Identify opportunities within U.S. digital infrastructure for PBI or Plenary Americas.
