Job summary

Plenary Americas is seeking an EVP to oversee the investment in Plenary Broadband Infrastructure (PBI). You will sit on PBI’s Executive Committee, leading sponsor oversight, and drive long-term value through equity strategy and strategic deals with hyperscalers and DOT agencies.

You will broker pricing, contract architecture, and government relations while coordinating with PBI management on RFPs, M&A, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure investing, digital infrastructure operations, and/or large-scale PPPs.
• Track record leading complex commercial negotiations with hyperscalers, government agencies, and partners.
• Experience in P3 environments or in front of state DOT leadership is valued.
• Strong commercial instinct with disciplined financial and investment judgment.
• Able to operate as investor and operating principal in portfolio companies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; high integrity and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; quick learner of new skills and tech.

Responsibilities

• Represent Plenary Americas on the PBI Executive Committee and sponsor oversight.
• Lead long-term equity strategy for Plenary Americas' stake in PBI and drive value accretion.
• Collaborate with PBI management to pursue value growth and risk management.
• Support PBI in structuring and winning hyperscale deals, including pricing and contracts.
• Build a senior network across hyperscale ecosystem and engage with DOT leadership.
• Drive RFPs for DOT routes and advise on bid strategy and government relations.
• Apply public-private partnership expertise to DOT fiber procurements.
• Guide major procurement negotiations and oversee M&A activity related to PBI.
• Identify opportunities in U.S. digital infrastructure for PBI or Plenary Americas.
• Own long-term financial forecasting for PBI, review budgets and reporting.
• Oversee execution of PBI capital projects and measure forecasted returns.
• Plan personnel resources with PBI senior management.
