Qualifications

• Good math and measurement skills; basic computer literacy.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned work center to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production tickets with CAD/print specs.
• Perform quality checks at setup, start-up, and during runs.
• Operate measuring equipment and basic tools; manage tooling as needed.
• Motivate and instruct team members; maintain organized work area.
