Job summary

Evo’s summer internship is designed to close the gap between theory and real-world client engagement. You’ll learn to open conversations with homeowners and manage a full sales cycle with daily coaching.

Relocation assistance and equipment are provided, including an iPad and all tools. The program runs May 7 – August 11, 2027, with hands-on training, team competitions, and performance incentives, paying $3,000 to $5,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners

• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training
