Job summary

Evo offers a summer internship in Indio, California, focused on hands-on sales skills. You will learn how to open conversations with strangers, handle rejection, and guide homeowners through service options to fit their needs.

This program provides relocation assistance, equipment (including an iPad), daily coaching from a sales trainer, and team incentives through the season. May 7 – August 11, 2027, in person with pay of $3,000–$5,000 per month.

Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
