Job summary

Evo in Michigan (Westland) offers a summer internship where you will conduct outside sales to homeowners, present options, and own the full sales cycle. You will learn to open conversations, handle rejection, and close decisions through hands-on practice.

The program provides daily coaching, weekly training, relocation assistance, and equipment including an iPad. It is an in-person internship running May 7–August 11, 2027.

Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
