Job summary

Integrated Master Schedule and Earned Value Management surveillance support is offered for a Mobile, AL-based program requiring SECRET clearance. The contractor will provide onsite PMR support, review IMS/EVMS artifacts, and ensure compliance with DCMA standards and ANSI-EIA 748 guidelines.

Extensive schedule analysis, QA of IMS data, and weekly/monthly reporting are required to manage risk and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical/business field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in supporting project management or shipbuilding processes.
• EVMS, EVM, and IMS knowledge; ability to analyze schedule data and prepare concise assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite project management support to the Project Manager Representative (PMR).
• Plan, organize, and conduct system surveillance to ensure EVMS/IMS compliance with standards.
• Develop and review IMS/EVMS deliverables and prepare clear assessments for management.
• Maintain Shipbuilder IMS using MS Project, Primavera, and related tools.
• Prepare narrative reports and presentations on schedule performance, risk, and cost data.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field or related technical/business field

Five or more years of relevant experience in program/project management or EVMS

EVMP certification or EVMD/EVMOTM (preferred)
