Raytheon Technologies is seeking an experienced M4 OSC Finance Manager for the Naval Surface and Undersea portfolio. This hybrid role leads a team of Operations and Material Analysts and oversees quarterly EACs and EVMS reporting, delivering accurate financial insight across programs.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 8+ years or an advanced degree with 5+ years, plus SAP/PRISM/BI tools experience, earned value, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Experience in SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office.
• Earned value experience.
• Experience leading, managing and growing teams of financial analysts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations labor and material analysis for quarterly EACs and EV reporting.
• Infuse best practices to create efficiencies and insights across programs.
• Collaborate with teams to grow analytical capability and ownership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain trust with leadership.
• Identify trends and provide solutions; serve as a business partner to Mission Areas and BU Leadership.
