Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a leader for the Earned Value Management (EVM) Team. The role serves as the EVMS and Cost/Schedule Integration Subject Matter Expert, ensuring compliance with EIA‑748 EVM guidelines and NDIA PASEG.

The incumbent leads EVMS certification efforts, trains CAE USA personnel on EVM concepts, and coaches staff for Integrated Baseline Reviews and DCMA surveillance audits. The candidate will plan and assist in Internal Surveillance Audits, and collaborate across programs to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or Engineering with 10+ years EVMS leadership experience.
Experience with DoD/EIA‑748 EVM guidelines and IBR support.
Proficiency with Cobra, MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, Primavera, and related EVMS tools.
Experience with DCMA EVMS Audits and Surveillance.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Guide Cobra-based cost and schedule baselines development.
Lead weekly/monthly IMS updates and maintenance.
Update EVM System Description in support of EIA 748 guidelines.
Perform EVMS surveillance and document findings across programs.
Plan and conduct internal surveillance audits and support for IBRs and surveillance.
