Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply Earned Value Management concepts to government contracts and budgeting.
• Establish and maintain PMB baseline and support change management.
• Establish and maintain cost forecasts, validate accuracy, and assist in financial analyses like variance analysis and EAC.
• Support month-end close activities to maintain an accurate PMB.
• Analyze and interpret Earned Value metrics.
