Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Program Financial Analyst I in Colorado to support project reporting, budgeting, and cost proposals. The role focuses on Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analysis to ensure accurate cost and schedule baselines.

You will collaborate with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to provide robust financial support for contracts. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and 0–2 years of financial

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years experience in financial analysis, project control, or related field; substitutions allowed.
Degreeless: minimum 4 years of related experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

Oversee program controls and cost management for Earned Value Management (EVM).
Interface with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis.
Apply EVM concepts to federal contracts, budgeting, and funding management.
Maintain PMB, ensure compliance, and support change management activities.
Establish and maintain cost forecasts; assist in variance analysis and EAC.
Support month-end close activities to maintain PMB.
Analyze and interpret Earned Value metrics.
Advise CAMs in variance analysis and status reporting.
Participate in Risk & Opportunity Management, IBR, and PMRs.
