Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced EVM Cost Engineer to lead the program master schedule development and its cost integration for a large, complex program in Falls Church, VA.

You will support the Program Manager on scope, schedule, cost, and risk, driving operational and financial efficiency within a collaborative PMO environment. The role requires 4+ years in project controls with EVMS experience and US citizenship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
4+ years of project controls / project management experience.
Experience with earned value management and IPMDAR/CSDR submission performance.
Ability to develop and maintain the program’s Performance Management Baseline using EVMS tools.

Responsibilities

Schedule Management: collaborate with schedulers to manage performance across contractual areas and IPMDAR/CSDR submissions.
Cost Management: assist in development and maintenance of the Performance Management Baseline and forecast data; coordinate with financial analyst.
Risk Management: maintain the risk register and reserves; collaborate with risk team.
PMO Management: coordinate with managers; prepare presentations and reviews; support pricing and BOE development; drive continuous improvement.
