Job summary

DigiStream Investigations in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking a full-time Evidence Assistant. You will edit video and written reports related to potentially fraudulent disability, liability, or workers’ compensation claims, and deliver reports to clients.

In-office with up to 2 remote days per week after 6 months, start wage is $19/hour, with growth opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive field, strong typing, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive field or related media degree is required.
• Typing speed 50+ words per minute is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Team-oriented; willingness to commute to Haddonfield, Monday–Friday, for the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit reports to ensure evidentiary standards.
• Edit surveillance footage to create client-facing reports.
• Analyze referrals for key details and missing information.
• Communicate missing information with client-facing personnel.
• Enter referral details into company database.
• Coordinate and finalize invoices; disseminate final products to clients.
• Handle and secure evidence; prepare and submit for proceedings.
• Take on additional administrative tasks as needed with approval.
