Job summary

DigiStream Investigations is hiring a full-time Evidence Assistant in Haddonfield, NJ. The role involves editing video and written reports on potentially fraudulent disability, liability, or workers’ compensation claims for insurers, government entities, and legal teams.

You will intake referrals, maintain case data in the database, manage evidence, and support other departments as needed. In-office with limited remote work after 6 months, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Psychology, History, Criminal Justice, or media-related fields.
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review reports for spelling, grammar, and formatting to meet evidentiary standards.
• Edit surveillance footage to create client-facing reports.
• Analyze customer referrals for key case details and missing information.
• Communicate missing information with client-facing personnel.
• Enter details of customer referrals into the company database.
• Coordinate and finalize invoices and disseminate final products to clients.
• Handle and secure evidence.
• Prepare and submit evidence for courtroom proceedings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Evidence Associate.
