LifeBridge Health’s Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland seeks a Nursing Practice Specialist to lead evidence-based nursing practice across units and sites. You will translate evidence into standards of care, support professional development, and drive quality improvement through data-driven decisions.

The role collaborates with nursing leadership and system stakeholders to ensure regulatory readiness and accountability, fostering professional empowerment and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Three to five years of progressive clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated experience in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and clinical leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Translate research into nursing practice, policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.
• Facilitate dissemination of best practices through education and mentoring.
• Partner with Clinical Excellence and Nursing Professional Development teams to align initiatives.
