Job summary

LifeBridge Health seeks a Clinical Practice and Policy Specialist to advance nursing practice, policy, and care standardization across Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland. This role partners with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based, compliant care.

Responsibilities include policy development, unit-level workflow translation, and data-driven quality initiatives to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes across the acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
• 3–5 years of progressive clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical policy development, evidence-based practice, or quality improvement.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, implementation, and upkeep of clinical practice policies and standards.
• Coordinate policy review workflows, stakeholder feedback, approvals, and documentation.
• Translate system-wide policies into unit-level workflows for practical implementation.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to drive policy adoption.
• Support regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state requirements.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement across departments.
• Conduct structured clinical rounds and provide real-time coaching to staff.
