Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nursing Practice Specialist based in Carroll Hospital, Westminster, MD. This clinical leadership role advances evidence-based nursing practice and supports professional development across units and sites.

You will translate research into care standards, lead quality improvement projects, and guide practice decisions with stakeholders. A MSN and RN license, along with 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
• 3-5 years of progressive clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and clinical leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate current research and clinical evidence into nursing practice, policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Lead the implementation of evidence-based interventions that improve patient outcomes and nursing practice.
• Facilitate the dissemination of best practices through education, presentations, mentoring, and consultation.
• Partner with Clinical Excellence and Nursing Professional Development teams to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Conduct routine clinical rounds to evaluate nursing practice, identify barriers to care, and support frontline staff.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and professional practice standards; participate in mock surveys and readiness activities.
