At AMH, our goal is to simplify the experience of leasing a home through professional management and maintenance support, so our residents can focus on what really matters to them, wherever they are in life.The **Eviction Coordinator** administers the company’s residential evictions in various states by tracking and processing evictions in collaboration with property management teams, and internal/external counsel.**Responsibilities:*** Supports the coordination and processing of eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel* Tracks case progress, organize documentation, and help prepare files for legal review* Responds to inquiries and assists with investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information* Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs* Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalates items when appropriate* Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed**Requirements:*** A high school diploma required* Associate's degree in legal studies, real estate, or related field preferred* Minimum Two (2) years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments is preferred* Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‐volume setting with shifting priorities* Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, or similar platforms* Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset* Proven problem‐solving skills with an approach that supports thoughtful decision‐making and escalation.* Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment* Sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information* A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering helpful, responsive supportCompensationThe anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $23.19 to $27.83 Hourly.
