Job summary

Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brockton, MA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, meals, hygiene and mobility. You will document intake and report health concerns to the supervising nurse in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, meals, hygiene and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing nourishment meals.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility; assist nurses and staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and requirements and maintain confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facilityAssist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Experience:

• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
