• Promote Rehabilitation: CNAs assist residents in rehabilitation exercises and conditioning routines.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: CNAs communicate with nurses, doctors, and other professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: CNAs complete detailed nursing documentation to ensure proper care and compliance.
